We are a full service Design & Build company able to manage your project from concept to completion. We’re Matakana based and have been building residential and commercial properties throughout NZ since 2004. Led by Chris Dyer, we craft luxury, architectural homes with a focus on blending form with function, utilising sustainable building practices and superior communication with our clients.

Our team consists of spatial, architectural, interior & landscape designers, experienced builders and project managers. We are able to expertly manage your project from its initial conception, through the construction phase to final sign-off and approvals with Council.
